Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Customer Care Specialists to provide internal and external customer care in fast-paced environment via in person/phone/web-based communications.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains extensive knowledge of programs and services to provide information, assist in troubleshooting and resolve escalated or difficult issues regarding customer complaints.
  • Facilitate customer interactions via phone and web-based channels
  • Build rapport
  • Maintain customer database
  • Researches and resolves customer care inquiries and complaints as they are escalated from staff.
  • Communicates issues and/or opportunities then make recommendations to implement solutions accordingly
  • Foster a positive customer experience at the jobsite
  • Provide back up coverage for the Customer Service/Office Assistant and Customer Care at other locations as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Advanced computer and strong communication skills
  • Competencies in Microsoft office(Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
  • Advising supervisor of significant problems encountered in day to day operations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequently using hands or fingers
  • Handle or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach and lift up to 25lbs. with hands and arms
  • Vision abilities including close, distance and ability to adjust focus

$16 per hour
