Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Customer Care Specialists to provide internal and external customer care in fast-paced environment via in person/phone/web-based communications.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains extensive knowledge of programs and services to provide information, assist in troubleshooting and resolve escalated or difficult issues regarding customer complaints.
- Facilitate customer interactions via phone and web-based channels
- Build rapport
- Maintain customer database
- Researches and resolves customer care inquiries and complaints as they are escalated from staff.
- Communicates issues and/or opportunities then make recommendations to implement solutions accordingly
- Foster a positive customer experience at the jobsite
- Provide back up coverage for the Customer Service/Office Assistant and Customer Care at other locations as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years related experience
- Advanced computer and strong communication skills
- Competencies in Microsoft office(Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
- Advising supervisor of significant problems encountered in day to day operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with customer relationship management systems preferred
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to talk or hear
- Frequently using hands or fingers
- Handle or feel objects, tools or controls
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach and lift up to 25lbs. with hands and arms
- Vision abilities including close, distance and ability to adjust focus
